5 boneless, skinless chicken tenderloins
1/2c. Low Sodium Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp. Vegetable Oil
2 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2c. Diced Onion
1/4 tsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1. Combine honey, soy sauce, ketchup, oil, garlic, onion, and red pepper flakes. Pour of chicken in crockpot.
2. Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
3. When done, dice chicken and add cornstarch to stock to thicken the sauce. Add chicken back into the crockpot to recoat.
4. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve over rice with a side of Edamame.
