Pineapple Almond Chicken Salad

Pineapple Almond Chicken Salad
1 small can of pineapple chunks (juice only, save the pineapple for another meal!)
2 cans of cubed chicken (shredded)
1-2 handfuls of red grapes (halved)
1/4c. fat free light mayo
1/4c. slivered almonds
2tbsp. sugar (my secret ingredient!)

Mix and serve on your choice of bread. We love croissants!

About 250 Calories Per Serving With Croissant // Serves 8
About 75 Calories Per Salad Serving // Serves 8
